How To Place An Order

Custom Orders: Please visit our website for styles and ideas.  Then email us at whistlestopbedding@yahoo.com or call our toll free number 866-360-7650 with your questions and/or request for fabric swatches. You may submit your request through the Contact Us Page as well.   Upon request we will email you a Price List Document that has photo examples of styles and options available for designing your custom bedding.  It is a very detailed document and will help you with design choices, options, & pricing,  The document includes a diagram of the bedding pieces and accessories for you to draw on and make notes.  Fax it back to us at 405-330-2794 or email it to us for a quote. You may also call us to place your order. Custom orders require 50% down.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  You may call us with your Credit Card information from 1130AM to 9PM Monday thru Saturday, and 1PM to 6Pm on Sunday. Or we can send you a Pay Pal email invoice,  for the 50% down.  From the email invoice you may simply click and pay. Delivery is 8 to 12 weeks. The Balance is due prior to shipping.  We ship FedEx.

If you need assist with your custom order please call or email us and we will be happy to assist you. Please visit FAQ page for answers to many of your questions.  The Layaway Plan is also explained on that page.  Layaway is only available for custom orders.  Allow 5 to 7 business days for mailing of swatches.

Custom Bedding is not available in our Online store because it would limit design styles, options and fabric choices. We prefer to allow our clients a voice in designing their custom bedding and that is impossible with drop down menus.

Buy Now Bedding:  We have designed several custom crib sets , twin, full, and queen sets and have made them available with the click of the Buy Now Button.  The Button Now Button will direct you to the Pay Pal website. Simply log in or open an account to purchase the bedding.  Or you may call our toll free number if you elect to use a credit card.  These buy now bedding sets ship within 5 to 7 weeks.  The Bedding sets are still custom made by us but are completed as described, you will need to however email us the name for the monogrammed pieces.  No other changes can be made for the Buy Now Option.  If you like the Buy Now Bedding but want to make some changes simply follow the custom order procedure above. Changes could affect the price therefore the Buy Now Button can not be used.

Online Store:  To Purchase Lamp Shades, Crosses and/or French Memory Boards simply go to our Online Store and Purchase those items. These items may also be purchased with your custom orders, therefore if placing a custom order do not purchase these items in the online store.  It will be added to your custom order. 

At check out you will be able to use a credit card or pay with Pay Pal.  We will be adding items to our online store so check back often.  Our Buy Now Bedding will eventually be added to the Online Store.

3. Custom orders. After we have finished selecting fabrics and designs, we will send you a quote.  You may elect to pay with pay pal.  If so, we will send you a pay pal email statement.  Click and pay from the email. Or you can call our toll free number 866-360-7650 with credit card information from 11am -9pm daily, ask for Janice.
